How Direct Patient Care Can Help You Find Relief Sooner

Direct patient care, or DPC, is a new take on an old way of doing healthcare. Rheumatologix in Knoxville operates on a membership model paid for by our patients and does not accept any insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. By eliminating the significant time and cost of working with insurance companies we can maintain a smaller number of patients. In addition, we can dispense many medications and draw labs in house, saving you even more time and money! The end result—our rheumatology patients get the individual attention and time they need for true quality care.

Also, while we don’t file any claims with insurance companies directly, we do offer a service through Reimbursify that will allow you to file your own claim with your insurance company for reimbursement. Click here for more information!
